1.- How long does it require to deliver the digital product and frame?


Our group of specialists draw each member from the photo you sent and we expect to have this done in less than 3 days for you to review it. Once the digital product is finished we send it to you digitally or printed, according to your order. Printed items will depend of delivery options.


2.- What currencies do you use?


All prices on our online store are based on USD and converted into other currencies according to the exchange rate that is updated daily.


3.- How is the picture sent?


Your drawn cartoon will be delivered in 2 formats depending on your order, if this is digital it will be sent by email  in jpg, png, pdf, etc; at 300DPI for quality printing.
If the approve artwork is a printed frame, or in general, a physical products (poster, canvas, mug, or t-shirt) it will be sent by courier.


4.- What if I am not satisfied with my order?


Your satisfaction is our priority! That implies we will make free modifications until you are 100% happy with your portrait while it is digital and before it is sent to you the final product. You will have the option to preview the artwork.


5.- Are pets considered as individual?


Yes! Each fuzzy friend is considered an individual so make sure you remember them for the count of members in the picture.


6.- Can I do anything I desire with my picture?


Yes, totally! Your drawn cartoon is yours to do anything you desire with.


7.- Can you work from more than one photo?


Yes! Simply ensure you're clear about how you'd like your delineation attracted the image depiction and surrender the rest to us.


8.- What quality should the photo I send be?


The higher quality, the better. Good lighting, close up, at eye level and high resolution will be very helpful. We will contact you if we need a better photo to finish the artwork.


9.- What if I have a big group of members?


No problem, simply drop us an email notifying us that you need more than 8 members in a single artwork.


10.- Will I be charged for changes to my request after the drawn cartoon has been made?


It is the client's responsibility to determine all details they would like in the request notes. Any details excluded from the request notes will be expected by our craftsman and will bring about extra charges assuming the client requires changes.


11.- What dimensions will my artwork come in?


Our standard resolution is 3600 pixels x 4800 pixels or 4800 pixels x 3600 pixels. When you get it printed, the size will be at 300 DPI, whatever the size you choose. In case you want an alternate size, just let us know on your request notes.


12.- Do you transport to my country?


Yes. We can deliver anywhere on the planet!


13.- What payment choices are available?


We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover cards. You can likewise pay utilizing Paypal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay.


14.- Can I send separate photos of the characters I need drawn?


Yes! As long as the photos show every individual's face and body clearly and at eye level, our specialists will have all that they need. 


15.- Can I get a review of how my request will look like prior to submitting a request?


Since our item is hand-drawn, we can't produce a preview of the image prior to requesting. The good news is you can request to correct your drawing once its finished until you're 100% satisfied.
